Hi there, firstly great bit of software and lots of promising uses with it coming up!

I've created a layout on a windows pc with a touchscreen. When I use test with mouse, everything is bang on, but then when I do touch mode it doesn't recognise its a touchscreen. The mouse pointer moves to where I've touched it so that side is working however the software doesn't recognise the touch.

Any suggestions? Can't seem to find any settings in the software.

If the touch doesn't work can I at least make the mouse operation default so it uses that?

Hello.
Is your touch monitor single touch or multi-touch?
What is the model and brand of your touchscreen?
Windows 10 or windows 7?
Is TEST WITH MOUSE feature/option disabled when you try perform with your touch?
Is the editor closed when you try perform with touch? (select go to touch)

Hi there. It’s a lilliput twin rack mount display so there’s two displays although this is on one and I’ve tried it with just one just plugged in and doesn’t work. Model is https://www.lilliputuk.com/rackmount/monitors-2/rm669

When I had just one I tried windows on tablet mode but made no difference. It’s a single point I believe and it’s windows 10. Works perfectly fine on mouse mode and when I try touch and close editor the mouse cursor moves to the button as I touch it but the button doesn’t detect it. Very strange. Windows sees the touch and moves the cursor but the software just doesn’t engage. I could live with permanently having the mouse mode but it’s only for test purposes.

Also is there a way to automatically load a template when windows starts? Tried just clicking the template file and associating the file to the program but doesn’t load.

Got a lot of uses for this and this one is going to be used for an extremely large lighting installation so if successful will use this all the time!

Not is a multi-tuch device, the software is optimized to work with multi-touch only.
The only workaround for you is use with mouse mode enabled, then hide the editor.
Please test that.

yes that works however you have to keep selecting it and this is being installed into a venues AV rack so if PC restarts I will have to keep dialling in. Is there anyway of defaulting this and auto load when you start windows?

We'll use other monitors moving forwards

I add some workaround in the upcoming version. Until that you have to deal with this issue.

OK, thank you. I will wait till its released and look forward to using this software on loads of our projects. We'll send you some photos of this latest one as is a huge lighting installation.
