Cannot Activate Elephant - User and Password are correct

Hello.

At the moment i have to completely reinstall my computer and windows.
After installing Elephant i cannot activate it via license manager. User or password are incorrect. This is what i do not understand because i can log into my account - see this post. Surface Dial was connected first and was running fine.

What should i do? Now i stuck with the rest of my Doings.

Please help.

Can logout of the forum and relogin using the same user and pass you use for activate?

Hi.
I can confirm that i use the same user and password for activate which are working when i log into my account. I also reset my password just to be sure. Also reinstalled Elephant on my
old computer with the same result. No success.

<r>The problem is fixed, just <s></s><URL url="https://pablomartin.com/user-guide/"><s></s>re-downloading<e></e></URL><e></e> and reinstalling the software all back to normal. 
Thanks for your time and collaboration to fix this issue. 
The installer labelled as Elephant-Installer-v1.9.3-b or any newer do the trick.

Marcus provide to me access to his computer, and we can debug this issue.
