Elephant 2.2 won't activate

Hi,

I recently upgraded Elephant from v1.9.3 to v2.2. I uninstalled v1.9.3 before installing v2.2 and restarted after installing. Unfortunately I can't seem to activate v2.2 - I've tried using the License Manager with my corrent username and password, but every time I start up Elephant I get the "Click the screen to start your demo!" message. Am I missing a step or doing something wrong? For what it's worth - v1.9.3 was activated and working correctly before I uninstalled it.

I'd appreciate any help you can offer. Thanks 🙂

What is the language of your Windows install?

Oh wow, that's amazing - I didn't expect such a quick response! Thanks for that, I'll look forward to trying it 🙂 Also, I realise I didn't answer earlier - my Windows install is English (UK).
