Elephant 2.4 won't install on Windows 10 64bit system

I had previously used 1.93 and decided to update to the latest today. I tried installing, but after I get the Windows system popup notice asking permission to allow the elephant.exe installer to make changes to my system, nothing happens. I get no start screen or anything. I followed the procedures from the download page, tried installing several times and rebooting after each. Also, was able to update my info in the license manager, which now says all software is authorized, but still no startup screen for Elephant.

Please advise.

If the problem continue, maybe we have to schedule a remote access in order I can take a look what happens.
This not is a common problem and need some check.

Yes, wioth each install attempt I did allow it to make changes to my system, but nothing happened.
