Z-Order Missing from editor

Hey guys. I'm super new to Chameleon, and I apologize ahead of time for any stupid questions....

I was working on a template and wanted to layer some stuff, and I read in the manual that you can use Z-order to position stuff forward or backward... however... I don't have a z-order option in my editor!! It's in the instructions, but I don't have that option available. Any ideas?

Its a bug, i fix in the next update.
That happen when you go to config screen and then close.
For now the workaround is what you indicate.
