Cannot map Shortcuts in Bitwig

Hi, I'm having a problem mapping what Bitwig calls "Shortcuts" - global keys that work for all projects, to anything in Chameleon.

What I want to do is map a button or slider to a 'scroll to next scene' shortcut in Bitwig. I have managed to do this somehow in the past, but for some reason, the mapping no longer works.

Example: In the below, you can see I have previously (some years ago) managed to map two buttons in Chameleon to the previous & next scene shortcuts. I now want to map a similar button/slider to the scroll options but Bitwig does not recognise I'm touching a button in Chameleon.

Any ideas?

I just managed to answer my own problem - I need to use the "Test with mouse" option in Chameleon to map these shortcuts.

So here's the fix for when I forget in a year's time...

The only thing I can't do is map the same controller like a slider or rotary knob to both the Previous and Next scenes as they have to be a different MIDI CC number. I think the XY Control is the only thing in Chameleon that can have two MIDI CC values?

<r>Again for future me, this is still giving me problems even when using "Test With Mouse". 
What I found (by accident) that worked was when I spun the old tempo wheel which somehow "latched" to the mouse and would move when the mouse was off screen. Then I could sometimes map other buttons to shortcut keys.
