Hello SaveTheHuman5.

I was playing around with the latest version of Elephant, because i want to make a new full windows backup including the latest version of Elephant.

Before making a new windows backup i always test new versions of the apps i use. In this routine i test the installation, check the settings of the program after updating and in this case had to activate the software.

Now my activation limit is reached. So i think i tested too heavy - especially regarding activation.

Do you have to fix this manually for me or is there an automatic counter so i can try activation later again? If there is a counter it would be nice to know the time settings. Important information for me what to do if i run into same problem in the future.

Hi SS-Dial, activation limit, basically is a protection for prevent users abuse of the flexible schema of activations provided.

So i can finish my stuff tomorrow. Hugs for this. I have Elephant on one system only installed for sure - guaranteed.
Can you provide me some more details how this mechanism works or do i have to post a thread again if i ran into the same issue in the future - which was obviously my fault these days?

If i know how it works or how many activations are possible in some days i can try to remember avoiding this when testing updates again for windows backups.

You have 2 activations, you can use the product as trial, if abuse of activations is detected your license might be cancelled or remain blocked for some time.
Right now another 2 activations are enabled.

Hi, when I try to activate my licenses with the licenses manager I get this message: "Incorrect user or password" however is the right user name and password (i already used few times after os upgrades).

Please help!

Norton was causing me all kinds of troubles with getting Elephant to work and so after some uninstalling and reinstalling it looks like I've used up my activations. Could I get them reset?

Also had a lot of issues with Norton.. Had to reinstall a few times and used all my activations. I wasn't aware of a limit. Could you please reactivate my account?
