registration bug

Hello, I reset my PC a few days ago.
After reinstalling, launching the license manager, and running Chameleon, it's still in demo mode.
I purchased a new license for $14.99. I uninstalled and restarted the program, and the problem persists. I'm still in demo mode.
Do you have any suggestions for a solution?
